This is where I’m supposed to put something about myself and what this blog is about. This blog is about the health benefits of consuming the ganoderma lucidum mushroom, which is also known as Reishi or Ling Zhi. One of the things I’m not trying to do here is “reinvent the wheel”. By that I mean a lot of people have done fine work regarding lab and hospital studies, gathering said studies and the like. Therefore, I’m linking to many pre-existing studies, gatherings, websites and such. I intend this blog to be a place where people can come to find information and quickly get to the things they (you) need. Please take your time to visit the links I’ve found.
I’ve put up a forum to allow easier posting for those who want to be able to easily find testimonials and results from the applications of the mushroom. That’s where I want the real action to take place. Feel free to post there, sign up is easy and free. From there others can find information that, I hope, will remain there for a long time.
